BLURB
“He's waiting for me to ask, and I'm afraid.”

“I'm just one more gay guy here.”

Moving to the suburbs of L.A. was supposed to give Nic Montero a fresh start. After escaping his family, coming out as a gay trans man, and excelling in computer programming out of desperation to get financially stable or die, everything should be easy. But joining gay culture now, post-transition, feels impossible... until he runs into the force of nature that is Kyle. Everything Nic isn't, Kyle embodies. Green hair, garters and cut-off shorts, sports jerseys, and all, brash Kyle is the most gorgeous man he's ever laid eyes on, and he pulls Nic headlong into the center of his world. If only Nic felt like enough for a man like Kyle.

“One-night stands are my only option.”

Loud, loving, and too much for most men to handle, Kyle Everett catches eyes and occasionally scorn... even at his job at the local HIV charity, Plus. His days and nights are spent at work, his precious spare moments spent with his son, Kevin, when it's his turn to co-parent, or his best friend, drag queen River. He only has money or time for cheap flings, but the lanky otter who walks into his life makes Kyle want to hold him for longer than a night. He knows what it's like for Nic to be without a family, but he isn't brave enough to let this man into his life... until his charity is targeted by bigots, and Nic's there for him.

“I'll stay with you if you're brave enough to be you.”

Nic spent his twenties avoiding family and even his own femininity, but his yearning is impossible to ignore. Kyle's used to flying solo, but Nic offers him safety and fills gaps in his life he never realized existed and now can't stand. Living in close proximity, they can't run from their attraction, but they're each used to being rejected, with the emotional scars to prove it. Can two men who feel like they're not enough and too much find something just right?

Flaunt is a steamy, stand-alone gay romance novel with a HEA ending and no cliffhanger.

EXCERPT

“Welcome to our headquarters! Er, not that we have other locations. Not full-time, anyway. Don’t worry about being late. I’m not even ready. I’m so sorry.” This had to be Kyle— the voice on the intercom matched this peppy yet sibilant, rapid-fire speech.

“I— that’s fine,” Nic assured Kyle with a quiet laugh. He was relieved not to be in trouble for showing up late, nor for showing up in formalwear when everyone else was probably going casual. “GPS pointed me the wrong way.”

“Oh, they do that! Right this way, please.” Kyle scanned his card against a reader near the staircase door. When he twirled to hold the staircase door open, his skirt flared out a little.

Kyle was wearing a skirt, over men’s skinny jeans and boots, and a blouse, and chest hair peeked out from the top of the blouse, his biceps unmistakeable. And his suspenders reached under the skirt, presumably to his jeans waistband. It made Nic wonder if he was wearing garters, which was a wholly inappropriate thought for their first meeting.

He awkwardly stepped through the doorway and Kyle brushed past him to trot upstairs at top speed, already talking again.

About the Author

 E. Davies was proficient in real estate ad shorthand (the old-fashioned newspaper kind) by the age of nine. Growing up moving constantly taught him what people have in common, the ways relationships are formed, and the dangers of “miscellaneous” boxes.

As a teen, he tore through a stack of found romance novels, wishing someone had written similar for M/M, though he could never find anything at Chapters or the library. Just after graduating university in 2013, semi-out and clutching his English B.A. for dear life, he stumbled on an Amazon M/M short story. It was a whole new... phrase he dares not repeat for fear of lawyers. It shone and shimmered splendidly, though.

After failing forty times to avoid crafting happily-ever-after endings for steamy short stories, he plunged into romance novels and hasn't looked back. As a young gay author whose formative gay fictional role models were characters punished for their sexuality, Ed prefers his stories lightly dramatic, full of optimism and hope.

Now out and proud, he writes full-time, goes on long nature walks, tries to fill his passport, drinks piƱa coladas on the beach, flees from cute guys, coos over fuzzy animals (especially bees), and is liable to tilt his head and click his tongue if you don't use your turn signal.

NEW RELEASE - Watching & Wanting

Watching And Waiting by Jay Northcote

OUT NOW

Watching Jude's cam show stirs desires Shawn's always denied...Shawn is adrift. Recently graduated, he's stuck in a dead-end job that barely pays the bills. His girlfriend dumped him, his friends have moved on, and he's still in Plymouth--going nowhere.

Jude is a student living in the same shared house. Out and proud, he's everything Shawn's been running from since he hit puberty. When Shawn discovers Jude works as a cam boy, he can't resist the urge to watch one of his shows. It makes Shawn want things that scare him, yet his fascination forces him to confront his attraction to Jude.

Keen to explore his bicurious side, Shawn suggests they do a show together. Jude agrees, and things get complicated--and kinky--fast. But Jude isn't looking to get involved with someone so deep in the closet. If Shawn's going to get what he wants, he needs to find the courage to stop hiding from himself and be honest about who he is.

Although this book is part of the Housemates series, it has new main characters, a satisfying happy ending, and can be read as a standalone.
Length: 52,000 words approx.

My Review
Watching And Wanting is book 4 in the Housemate series
Every book can be read as standalone but the whole series is amazing, I recommend reading them all
Each book features a housemate and his love interest

This is Jude and Shawn's book
Shawn and Jude are housemates along with a few other guys
Shawn is straight or so he tells himself and everyone else.. he try's to convince himself he isn't gay or bi... he is 100% "Straight"....
That is until he accidentally finds out his housemate Jude is a cam boy
from the very second he finds out he try's to fight the temptation to check out the site... but gives in and takes a little peak, what he finds is his sexy roommate doing very sexy things live for viewers to watch
Shawn cant look away, the more he sees the more he likes it and more desperate he is to explore his attraction to Jude

Jude is working as a cam boy to help pay for his education and to be honest he gets off on it and enjoys it...
he is in no way ashamed of doing it, its a job and pays well
Then one day his sexy "straight" housemate catches him during a live video... crap
but to his surprise Shawn may not be as straight as he first thought

Shawn builds up the courage and approaches Jude and offers to join him in the videos, he says he needs the money but really its not the money he wants..
he wants to explore this attraction he has with Jude

The more time the guys spend getting to know each other on and off camera, the more complicated things become...
Lines starts to blur the closer they get and Jude is fine with helping Shawn discover himself but no way will he allow himself to fall for a closeted confused guy
Jude could definitely fall for a guy like Shawn
But is Shawn strong enough to come out and admit who he really is before he loses Jude altogether

I absolutely love the whole series and this book was an amazing addition
I love all the characters and feel like a really know them
In Watching and Wanting we get plenty of laughs, drama, sweet times and some smoking hot sex... what more could you want

This book is a must read, I couldn't find a thing I didn't like about this book

Jay Northcote has recently become one of my fave authors, he writes the most amazing books

Watching and Wanting is an amazing 5 star read
A brilliant series

Book 1 - Helping Hand

After partying too hard last year, they make a pact to rein themselves in. While their housemates are out drinking every weekend, Jez and Mac stay in to save cash and focus on their studies.

When Jez suggests watching some porn together, he isn't expecting Mac to agree to it. One thing leads to another, and soon their arrangement becomes hands-on rather than hands-off. But falling for your 'straight' friend can only end badly, unless there's a chance he might feel the same.

Book 2 - Like A Lover
Josh has a plan: get through uni with a good degree and no debts. Focused on his goals, he's working as an escort to pay his way. He enjoys the no-strings sex and doesn't have the time or inclination for a relationship. Falling in love definitely isn't part of the deal--especially not with a client.

When Rupert meets Josh in a bar, he's smitten on sight. He's never paid for sex before, but when Josh propositions him, he can't resist. He should have known one night would never be enough. Luckily for him, he has an inheritance to support his addiction to Josh, because his job in IT wouldn't cover the cost.

With each appointment the lines get increasingly blurred. Something is developing between them that feels more like a relationship than a business transaction, but they come from different worlds and to go from client-and-escort to lovers seems impossible. If they want a future together, Josh and Rupert have a lot to overcome.

Book 3 - Practice Makes Perfect
Getting experience with the guy next door seems like a great idea—until the lines blur.

Dev, a geeky first year physics student, has zero sexual experience and he’s determined to change that ASAP. After a bad time in halls of residence, he’s starting the summer term with different housemates and a new plan of action.

Ewan lives in the house next door to Dev. He’s young, free and single, and isn’t looking to change that anytime soon. When awkward circumstances throw them together, Ewan offers to help Dev out in the bedroom in return for maths tutoring, and Dev jumps at the chance.

They work their way through Dev’s sex-to-do list, but what starts as a perfect no-strings arrangement gets more complicated as their feelings for each other begin to grow. If they’re going to turn their lessons in lovemaking into something more permanent, they need to work out how they feel about each other—before they get to the end of Dev’s list
